VeroTech is seeking a Senior Mould Engineer to lead and innovate in the mould engineering field. You will manage multiple projects across Production, Development, and Engineering, from initial specs through to production, applying high-level technical expertise.

You will coordinate feasibility studies, define action plans, and drive improvements while ensuring delivery on time and within budget. English proficiency is required, Dutch is a plus, and you will join a hybrid work environment with

Qualifications

• Experience in injection moulding engineering, processes, machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams to drive product development and process improvements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate mould engineering projects from specification to production.
• Define action plans, manage budgets and stakeholder coordination.
• Resolve mould engineering issues with internal teams and external partners.
• Keep up with advances in mould design and injection moulding technologies.
• Maintain technical documentation according to quality standards.
• Ensure safety, health and environmental compliance.
