In de regio Aalst zoekt een internationaal productiebedrijf een technisch vaardige medewerker die verantwoordelijk is voor onderhoud, reparatie en optimalisatie van spuitgietmallen.

Je werkt in een tweeploegendienst (vroeg: 06:00–14:00, laat: 14:00–22:00) en zorgt ervoor dat alle mallen in optimale conditie zijn zodat productie continu kan doorgaan. Je taken omvatten preventief onderhoud, probleemoplossing, insertwissels en lasswerk.

Qualifications

• Technisch vakbekwaam met kennis van onderhoud en reparatie van spuitgietmallen.
• Ervaring met preventief onderhoud en reparaties aan spuitgietmallen.
• Goede probleemoplossende vaardigheden en nauwkeurigheid bij technische taken.

Responsabilités

• Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan spuitgietmallen.
• Technische problemen opsporen en uitvoeren van corrigerende reparaties.
• Ruilen, afstellen en vervangen van inserts tijdens productie.
• Spuitgietmallen repareren, modificeren en verbeteren.
• Actief meedenken over technische verbeteringen en optimalisaties.
• Kleine TIG-laswerkzaamheden uitvoeren en draaien/frezen met conventionele machines.
• Samenwerken met productie- en technische collega's om downtime te minimaliseren.
• Arbeidsveiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu naleven.
• Zorgen voor een schone, veilige en goed georganiseerde werkplek.

For an international manufacturing company in the Aalst region, we are looking for a technically skilled employee who will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and optimization of injection moulds.

You will work in a two-shift system:

• Early shift: 06:00–14:00
• Late shift: 14:00–22:00

As a Mould Maintenance Technician, you will ensure that all moulds are kept in optimal condition so that production can continue without interruptions.

Your tasks:

• Carrying out preventive maintenance on injection moulds.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and carrying out corrective repairs.
• Changing, adjusting and replacing inserts during production.
• Repairing, modifying and improving existing moulds.
• Actively contributing ideas for technical improvements and optimizations.
• Performing small TIG welding jobs and carrying out turning and milling operations using conventional machines.
• Working closely with production and technical colleagues to minimize downtime.
• Working according to applicable safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Helping to maintain a clean, safe and well-organized workplace.
