VeroTech BV seeks a hands-on mechanical project engineer to drive development from prototype to industrialisation. You will design mechanical and thermodynamic systems, integrate CAD work with testing and supplier interactions, and support manufacturing transfer in a fast-paced, international environment.

English and Dutch proficiency is required, with experience in Creo, Inventor or SolidWorks and knowledge of ISO, PED and ASME. A collaborative, ownership-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficient in English and Dutch.
• Experience with 3D CAD software: Creo, Inventor or SolidWorks.
• Strong in mechanical design, thermodynamics and structural calculations.
• Knowledge of ISO, PED and ASME.
• Ability to set priorities, work independently and contribute to fast iterative design processes.
• Open communication and networking across purchasing, production, service and suppliers.
• Hands-on team player with ownership and growth mindset.

Responsabilités

• Develop 3D CAD designs for mechanical systems and components.
• Build and maintain Bills of Materials for development and manufacturing.
• Perform design calculations, risk analyses and evaluations for cost and manufacturability.
• Define test programs and oversee prototype testing to technical assessment.
• Prepare assembly instructions and support transition from prototype to full-scale manufacturing.
• Collaborate with suppliers, purchasing, production, service and international teams.
• Troubleshoot quality or performance issues and implement permanent solutions.
