ACTIEF INTERIM IZEGEM is seeking a Mould Technician to oversee the correct assembly and disassembly of moulds with great attention to detail. After onboarding you may restart machines post-changeover and support the mould department with maintenance and tuning tasks.

The role requires strong mechanical knowledge, precise workmanship, and the ability to plan and prioritize independently or in a team. English proficiency is required for one English-speaking colleague.

• Maintain and repair moulds to ensure optimal condition
• Assemble and fine-tune moulds
• Disassemble and reassemble moulds as needed with attention to detail
• Restart machines after changeovers once experienced
• Support mould department with assigned tasks

In this role, you will be responsible for the correct assembly and disassembly of moulds. Every changeover is carried out with great attention to detail and in line with established procedures, ensuring that all equipment remains in perfect condition. Careful handling and precision are key.

After a thorough onboarding period and once you have gained sufficient experience, you will also be responsible for restarting machines after a changeover. In addition, you will support the mould department with various tasks such as:

• Maintenance and repair of moulds
• Assembling and fine-tuning moulds
• No two days are the same!

• Strong mechanical knowledge is essential
• Able to work very precisely and neatly
• Experience in a similar technical role is an advantage
• Skilled in setting up production machines and tools
• Able to plan efficiently and set priorities, both independently and in a team
• Methodical approach, following procedures with an eye for improvement
• Quick to analyse, report, and adjust when needed
• Good command of English is required, as one colleague communicates exclusively in English
