Job summary

delaware BeLux is seeking a senior Microsoft Security Consultant to lead advisory and delivery across the Microsoft security stack. You will own conversations end-to-end, mentor junior consultants, and shape engagements across BeLux.

Design and implement solutions spanning Entra, Defender, Purview, Defender for Cloud, and Intune, while collaborating with clients and internal teams on pre-sales and delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior-level experience implementing Microsoft security solutions.
• Ability to lead engagements independently with client-facing skills.
• Proficiency across multiple Microsoft security domains (Identity, Threat Protection, Data & Compliance, Cloud & Workloads).

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor on security strategy and roadmap.
• Design and implement solutions across Entra, Defender, Purview, Defender for Cloud, and Intune.
• Lead delivery on projects with deep expertise in Identity & Access and/or Data & Compliance.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants; review architecture and designs.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on pre-sales and delivery.
