delaware BeLux seeks a Senior Microsoft Purview Consultant to guide customers through Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and data governance challenges. You will act as a sparring partner for customers and colleagues, translating needs into clear plans and coaching peers on best practices.

You will drive on-site engagements across Antwerp and Ghent with a focus on data governance, Purview solutions, and enterprise security, enabling a secure, modern Microsoft 365 environment.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of consultancy experience with Microsoft 365 workloads and security.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Purview or willingness to master quickly.
• SC-401 certification held or in progress.
• Comfortable leading conversations with business and IT stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Work directly with customers on Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and data governance.
• Capture customer needs, advise, challenge assumptions, and steer strategic conversations.
• Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Purview and broader Microsoft 365 and Entra ID capabilities.
• Take on the role of team driver: coordinating, coaching, and contributing to internal improvements.
• Take ownership of projects and help refine our service methodology.
• Shape Purview related services and explore opportunities around data protection, governance and Copilot aligned scenarios.
