Job summary

Onepoint is seeking a seasoned Microsoft 365 professional to manage and continuously improve our Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint Online, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune. The role focuses on identity access management, security, and end-user efficiency.

You will lead advanced troubleshooting, collaborate with engineers, and contribute to AI tool adoption, Copilot, and best-practice sharing across the team. English and Dutch proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem including SharePoint Online, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Strong PowerShell capabilities for administration, automation, and environment management.
• Solid security and cyber-resilience mindset covering Conditional Access, least privilege, external sharing, guest access, and data protection.
• Coaching experience in a tech environment.
• Good level of English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Microsoft 365 administration and continuous improvement of the ecosystem (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Copilot).
• Identity and Access Management responsibilities.
• Advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution for L2/L3 issues.
• Security and compliance reinforcement aligned with CIS benchmarks, NIS2, ISO standards, and cybersecurity objectives.
• Support for virtual workspace environments (Citrix-based infrastructures, VDI).
• Project delivery, migrations, and optimization in collaboration with engineers and architects.
• Documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
