Job summary

In4Matic is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 specialist to strengthen a Brussels-based client’s digital workplace, governance, and cloud security. You will combine hands-on implementation with security-focused design to keep collaboration services secure, recoverable, and operational during cyber incidents or disruptions.

You’ll design and govern SharePoint Online, Entra ID, Intune, and Purview, while developing automation via PowerShell.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years hands-on Microsoft 365 experience with SharePoint Online.
• Experience in solution design, governance, and operational management beyond support.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Security-minded with IAM, least-privilege, external sharing controls, and data protection.
• Advanced PowerShell skills for 365, SharePoint, Entra ID and Intune.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and govern SharePoint Online environments and information architecture.
• Contribute to 365 security and cyber-resilience initiatives including backup and recovery.
• Configure and support Entra ID with CA, MFA, PIM, guest access, and external collaboration.
• Manage Intune with device compliance and CA integration.
• Implement information protection using Purview, including sensitivity labels and DLP.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate administration and strengthen security.
• Support incident response and recovery for compromised accounts and data.
• Collaborate with security, infra, and business teams on risks and shadow IT.
• Document environments and create handover procedures.
• Support user adoption through guidance and training.
