Job summary

You will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, implement corrective actions, and contribute to CIS/NIS2/ISO-aligned hardening.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience across Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint Online, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune).
• Strong PowerShell capabilities for administration, automation, and environment management.
• Solid security and cyber-resilience mindset: Conditional Access, least privilege, external sharing, data protection.

Responsibilities

• Microsoft 365 administration and continuous improvement of the ecosystem.
• Ensure security, efficiency, and proper configuration of the environment.
• Investigate and resolve complex L2/L3 issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to hardening workplace environments by CIS, NIS2, ISO standards alignment.
• Provide hands-on Citrix-based or equivalent VDI support for end-user services.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects on project delivery, migrations, and optimizations.
• Produce technical documentation and share knowledge within the team.
• Coach colleagues and stakeholders in the use of M365 and adoption of Copilot and AI tools.

Your responsibilities for this function :

Microsoft 365 administration and continuous improvement You are responsible for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Copilot and you ensure the environment remains secure, efficient, and properly configured. Identity and Access Management Advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution Investigate and resolve complex L2/L3 technical issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term corrective actions to improve platform stability. Security and compliance reinforcement Contribute to the hardening of workplace environments by aligning configurations and practices with CIS benchmarks, NIS2 requirements, ISO standards, and broader cybersecurity objectives. Support for virtual workspace environments Provide hands-on expertise in Citrix-based infrastructures such as Virtual Apps and Desktops, or equivalent VDI platforms, to ensure reliable and efficient end-user services. Project delivery and cross-functional collaboration Participate in implementation, migration, and optimization initiatives in close coordination with engineers, architects, and other technical stakeholders. Documentation and knowledge sharing Produce clear technical documentation and actively contribute to knowledge transfer and best-practice sharing within the team. Coaching You coach your colleagues and other stakeholders with the use of M365 and you support the adoption of Copilot and other AI tools.

Your skills:
