Job summary

OnePoint Group is seeking a seasoned Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage and optimize the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Copilot) in Brussels. You will lead identity and access management, security hardening, and incident resolution across hybrid environments, working with engineers and architects.

The role requires hands-on expertise in PowerShell, strong security posture, and a coaching mindset to enable teams to maximize Copilot and AI tools.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Experience across SharePoint Online, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive and Intune.

**Contribute to the major transformations of companies and public actors by combining technological innovation and business expertise, serving our society and customers to help them move forward sustainably.** **Your responsibilities for this function :** * **Microsoft 365 administration and continuous improvement** You are responsible for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Copilot and you ensure the environment remains secure, efficient, and properly configured. * **Identity and Access Management** * **Advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution** Investigate and resolve complex L2/L3 technical issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term corrective actions to improve platform stability. * **Security and compliance reinforcement** Contribute to the hardening of workplace environments by aligning configurations and practices with CIS benchmarks, NIS2 requirements, ISO standards, and broader cybersecurity objectives. * **Support for virtual workspace environments** Provide hands-on expertise in Citrix-based infrastructures such as Virtual Apps and Desktops, or equivalent VDI platforms, to ensure reliable and efficient end-user services. * **Project delivery and cross-functional collaboration** Participate in implementation, migration, and optimization initiatives in close coordination with engineers, architects, and other technical stakeholders. * **Documentation and knowledge sharing** Produce clear technical documentation and actively contribute to knowledge transfer and best-practice sharing within the team. * **Coaching** You coach your colleagues and other stakeholders with the use of M365 and you support the adoption of Copilot and other AI tools.**Your skills:** * **At least 5 years of hands-on experience** across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including **SharePoint Online, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune** * **Strong PowerShell capabilities** for **administration, automation, and environment management** * **Solid security and cyber-resilience mindset**, covering **Conditional Access, least privilege, external sharing, guest access, and data protection** * **Coaching experience** * **You have a good level of English and Dutch**
