AG Solution Group in Belgium is seeking an experienced Senior MES Engineer / Solutions Architect to design end-to-end MES architectures for our industrial clients. This hybrid role combines technical leadership with pre-sales activities, including workshops, requirement gathering, demos, and proposal shaping.

You will engage with C-level and shop-floor stakeholders, ensuring ISA-95 and Industry 4.0 references are reflected in architectures, and you will mentor junior engineers while expanding

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing, implementing, and deploying MES/MOM in real industrial environments.
• Solutions Architect on 2–3 full MES programs with end-to-end design responsibility.
• Pre-sales: workshops, scoping, proposals, and customer presentations.
• Hands-on with major MES platforms (Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell, AVEVA, Werum PAS-X, Apriso, Tulip, etc.).
• Strong ISA-95 / ISA-88, B2MML, and MES integration patterns with SAP/OT.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end MES/MOM architecture design across ERP, PLC/SCADA, historians, LIMS and IIoT.
• Drive pre-sales activities: discovery workshops, requirements, demos, proofs-of-concept, and proposals.
• Translate client needs into well-scoped, competitively priced technical solutions with sales teams.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs, define delivery roadmaps, and validate commercial assumptions.
• Present architectures to senior stakeholders and provide governance during delivery.
• Develop reference architectures and accelerators to shorten proposals.
