EmpHire is seeking an MES Consultant to help transform manufacturing operations for clients across Belgium. You will advise on MES strategy, translate business needs into MES requirements, and support design, configuration, and testing.

The role requires 2–8 years of MES experience, preferably with PAS-X, and a track record in full-cycle implementations for Life Sciences or Medical Devices. Fluent English is required, with additional European languages a plus.

• Proven full-cycle MES implementation track record.
• Experience in Life Sciences or Medical Devices.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
