Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a maintenance role with supervision.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and utilities systems.
• Experience planning preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Strong health and safety awareness and safe working practices.
• Ability to diagnose faults and solve problems quickly and methodically.
• Experience working with contractors and suppliers.
• Good organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team and plan workload.
• Oversee preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance across equipment and utilities.
• Respond to breakdowns and implement effective repairs.
• Manage external contractors and service providers, including scope and safety.
• Maintain maintenance records using a CMMS or equivalent system.
• Monitor equipment condition and reduce downtime.
• Manage spare parts and stock control.
• Enforce health, safety and environmental requirements with permits to work.
• Support compliance with Belgian and EU regulations and internal standards.
• Contribute to maintenance budgets and continuous improvement.
• Coach technicians and maintain a safe on-site environment.
