Metsä Board is seeking a Manager, Technical Services for the Benelux region. This field-based role works from home and collaborates with customers, sales, and production to deliver technical services and solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

You’ll lead trials, coordinate product tests, and manage qualification processes while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring clear communication across teams in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in paperboard, print or related trades, or equivalent manufacturing background.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; other languages are advantageous.
• Experience in technical sales or services in an international context is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operational responsibility for technical services to defined customer accounts.
• Promotion of Metsä Board 360 services.
• Management of trials, product tests, and qualification processes.
• Collaboration with customers, colleagues, and co-suppliers on technical matters including environmental queries.
• Facilitating information flow between market, sales, and production units.
