Arendt Regulatory & Consulting (ARC) seeks an Advisor to support business and technology transformation initiatives for clients in Luxembourg. You will analyze operational needs, map client projects, and gather requirements through interviews and surveys, ensuring technical feasibility and regulatory alignment.

Strong communication and presentation skills are essential. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required, German is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business or engineering required.
• Provide high and consistent quality work under tight deadlines.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; German is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Python, SQL, Power-BI and Bloomberg beneficial.

Arendt Regulatory & Consulting (ARC) is Arendt’s dedicated regulatory consulting arm composed of diverse and experienced professionals with a strong background in regulatory and business consultancy. Our 120 experts offer regulatory consulting and advisory services and assistance to an international and sophisticated client base across multiple industries. This includes a range of services from the classic regulatory consulting, working with funds, their asset managers and asset servicers on the practical implementation of rules and regulations, to topics such as risk management, fund distribution, fund governance, and compliance of Luxembourg regulated entities. ARC responds to the growing needs of clients with a practical yet legally effective approach to regulatory change management and other regulatory matters. Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting:

Your role

• Analysing and documenting operational business needs and identifying viable solutions;


• Identifying each client’s project and establishing customer classes as well as their characteristics;


• Conducting interviews to gather each client’s requirements (via questionnaires, surveys, site visits….);


• Analysing and checking these requirements for completeness, consistency;


• comprehensibility, feasibility and conformity to standards

Your profile

• You have a Master’s degree from a business or engineering school;


• You are able to provide work of high and consistent quality and respect tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment;


• You are fluent in Mandarin and English.


• German is a strong advantage;


• You are skilled in Word, Excel and PowerPoint;


• Good command of Python, SQL, Power-BI and Bloomberg You are proactive, client-driven and rigorous person with good presentation and communication skills.
