La Fosse in Belgium is seeking a Senior Manager (or a Manager who is highly commercial and close to their next promotion) to lead AI strategy with full P&L ownership and to build and guide a sizable team within the AI Strategy practice.

You’ll advise senior clients on AI strategy and transformation, report to C-level leadership, and play a key role in growing the practice. Start ideally in October 2026; Belgian work rights required and fluent English; not for short-term contractors.

I’m hiring a Senior Manager (or a Manager who is highly commercial and close to their next promotion) who is ready to take a major step in their career: moving towards full P&L ownership, leadership of a sizable team, and a genuine opportunity to shape the trajectory of an AI Strategy practice.

You’ll work closely and report to C-level leadership, advise senior clients on complex AI strategy and transformation challenges, and play a key role in growing and shaping the practice.
