La Fosse in Belgium is seeking a Senior Manager (or a Manager who is highly commercial and close to their next promotion) to lead AI strategy with full P&L ownership and to build and guide a sizable team within the AI Strategy practice.

You’ll advise senior clients on AI strategy and transformation, report to C-level leadership, and play a key role in growing the practice. Start ideally in October 2026; Belgian work rights required and fluent English; not for short-term contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience advising C-level stakeholders on AI value.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Willingness to lead a sizeable team and grow the practice.
• Belgium-based with full work rights in Belgium.
