Job summary

Clinisys is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead LIMS implementations across healthcare, life sciences, public health and commercial labs. You will gather requirements, configure solutions, support integrations and deliver successful LIMS deployments.

You’ll also contribute to AI, automation and digital transformation within modern laboratory environments, with in-person onboarding and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a LIMS consultant or senior consultant.
• Minimum 10 years in laboratory environments or healthcare IT.
• Experience implementing and configuring LIMS/LIS solutions.
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering customer workshops.
• Experience leading customer-facing software implementation projects.
• Experience validating and deploying solutions.
• Experience in regulated laboratory or healthcare environments.
• Degree in Biomedical Science, Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Molecular Biology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead LIMS implementation projects from requirements to go-live.
• Run workshops, perform business analysis and workflow assessments.
• Configure, test and validate LIMS solutions.
• Support integrations with laboratory instruments and third-party systems.
• Deliver customer training, demonstrations and solution workshops.
• Support software upgrades and optimisation initiatives.
• Contribute to AI, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
