Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a seasoned Program Management leader in Brussels, Belgium, to drive complex, multi-workstream transformation programs in Life Sciences. The role spans pursuit through mobilization, execution, and benefits realization, collaborating with global delivery teams across Belgium and Europe.

You will engage executive sponsors and diverse stakeholders, shape delivery strategy, and ensure programs meet regulatory standards (GxP, EMA) while maintaining a one-team operating model

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technolgy-enabled business transformation leadership in Life Sciences or regulated industries
• Life sciences domain expertise across clinical, regulatory, quality, commercial, and supply chain (European/Belgian context)
• Strong track record in client-facing pursuit leadership: proposal development, solution shaping, stakeholder engagement, account growth
• Executive presence to influence C-suite and senior stakeholders without formal authority
• Fluent professional English and French and/or Dutch with strong facilitation and negotiation skills
• Legal authorization to work in Belgium and willingness to travel to client and Cognizant locations

Responsibilities

• Own client stakeholder leadership across pursuit and delivery lifecycle.
• Lead bid and pursuit efforts: drive input into proposals, governance, mobilization planning, risk frameworks, dependencies.
• Deliver complex transformation programs end-to-end from contract signature to realization.
• Apply life sciences domain expertise across pharma, biotech, and MedTech operations.
• Orchestrate multi-party ecosystems with clear governance and shared accountability.
