Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Diegem, Belgium, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Life Sciences projects. You will assist senior project leaders with day-to-day operations, meetings, documentation, and risk tracking to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Pharmacy, plus a year of coordinating projects in Life Sciences. Strong English and French skills are preferred, with a proactive, structured mindset and a commitment to regulated

Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related field.
1+ year of project coordination or management in Life Sciences.
Solid understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and GMP.

Responsibilities

Provide operational and administrative support to project activities under senior leaders.
Monitor progress, maintain documentation, and ensure accessible information.
Organize meetings with agenda, minutes, and action tracking.
Facilitate information flow across teams and escalate issues as needed.
Track actions, risks, and deadlines; assist with scheduling and resource coordination.
Support status reporting, dashboards, and progress updates.
