Sopra Steria Belgium is seeking a Project Manager for Life Sciences (GxP Environment) to lead planning, execution and governance of strategic projects in a fast-paced, regulated setting.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams of scientists, engineers and regulatory experts, ensure GxP compliance, manage budgets and risks, and report to senior management. The role offers growth in digital transformation and the chance to work with leading clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in project management within Life Sciences.
• Strong knowledge of GxP regulations and requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, including scientists, engineers, and regulatory professionals.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and expectations; provide regular updates.
• Ensure all project activities comply with GxP regulations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and present reports to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
