Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or Information Systems.
• CBAP/PMI-PBA/Agile BA preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in life insurance or financial services.
• Experience in product development, digital transformation, or process re-engineering in life insurance.

Responsabilités

• Analyze, document, and validate business requirements for life insurance products and customer journeys.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, IT, actuarial, and operations teams.
• Conduct gap analyses on existing systems and propose target-state solutions.
• Support end-to-end implementation of new life insurance products, including data migration, testing, and rollout.
• Develop and maintain detailed business process models and use cases.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with business users.
• Support regulatory and compliance initiatives impacting life insurance (PRIIPs, Solvency II).
• Collaborate on digital initiatives improving policyholder experience (self-service portals, e-signature, automation).
