adesso Belgium is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Consultant for General Insurance (P&C, Motor). You will analyse and design end-to-end processes, align business needs with IT solutions, and drive digital transformation across underwriting, claims, billing and policy administration in the BeNeLux market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Insurance, or Information Systems.
• Certifications such as CBAP, Agile BA, or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of General Insurance experience (Motor/P&C) as BA or consultant.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and translate business requirements into detailed functional specs for insurance systems.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, product management, IT and compliance.
• Map current and future processes (BPMN/UML) and identify improvements.
• Define test cases and support UAT for system enhancements and launches.
• Work with architects to ensure functional integrity and scalability of solutions.
• Support process digitisation and automation (FNOL, e-claims, motor assessment).
• Integrate third-party services (brokers, reinsurers, repair networks).
• Ensure data quality, policy accuracy, and operational efficiency through continuous improvement.
