Capgemini Belgium is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for Life Insurance or P&C Insurance. You will coordinate multiple stakeholders across business, operations and IT, elicit requirements, and document BRD/FSD while modeling use cases and ER diagrams.

You will translate business scope into functional specifications, validate test cases, and support business acceptance testing. The role spans Waterfall and Agile delivery with fluency in Dutch and/or French and English, plus strong

Business Analyst – Life Insurance or P&C Insurance

As a Business Analyst:

• You are experienced in handling multiple stakeholders across business, operations and IT with strong facilitation skills to conduct requirement elicitation, gap analysis and develop new solutions and service offerings


• You should demonstrate strong requirement documentation skills – BRD, FSD, use case modeling, entity relationship modeling, etc.


• You are developing, implementing, and improving business processes


• You will use your business knowledge and business analysis skills to translate the business scope into business requirements and functional specifications


• You can also validate test cases and support business acceptance testing


• You have experience of delivering in both Waterfall and Agile environments.


• Strong Life or P&C insurance domain knowledge, familiar with all the insurance processes like underwriting, claims handling and policy administration


• Good understanding of the specific insurance products characteristics and regulatory frameworks


• Familiar with large IT transformation programs


• Focus on data, risk and regulations


• 5-10+ years of relevant work experience

Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English
