The Ensur Company in Belgium is seeking an Insurance Finance Business Analyst to help transform clients' operating models, design processes, and align business and IT architecture.

You will work with insurers across Life, Non-Life, and Employee Benefits, translating strategy into operating models, and driving automation and efficiency. We value English and Dutch/French proficiency, and offer a dynamic team, career growth, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the finance department of insurance companies.
• Excellent communication in English; Dutch or French helpful.
• Proactive, result-oriented with ability to work autonomously or in teams.

Responsabilités

• Work with clients to translate strategy into an operating model.
• Improve operational efficiency and effectiveness by analyzing and optimizing business processes, including automation.
• Assist in translating business strategy and architecture into technology strategy and architecture.
