Aubay Belgium seeks a Senior Data Scientist & AI Expert to join its Data & AI team in the banking sector. You will lead Data Science, ML and Generative AI use cases end-to-end from scoping to production.

The role includes implementing enterprise-wide AI Governance, Responsible AI and EU AI Act compliance, and coaching other Data Scientists while coordinating Business, Data and IT stakeholders in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Data Science, ML or AI.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL.
• Advanced knowledge of ML and statistical modeling.
• Experience with Generative AI.
• Experience deploying AI/ML in production.
• Good understanding of MLOps and model monitoring.
• Experience as a Senior Technical Expert / Lead / Coach.
• Knowledge of AI Governance, Responsible AI and EU AI Act.

Senior Data Scientist & AI Expert | Banking

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist & AI Expert to join a Data & AI team within the banking sector.

You will lead Data Science, Machine Learning and Generative AI use cases end-to-end, from business scoping and value assessment to production, monitoring and adoption.

You will also act as a senior technical reference for the team and contribute to the implementation of an enterprise-wide AI Governance framework, including Responsible AI and EU AI Act requirements.

Your responsibilities :

• Lead Data Science, ML & GenAI projects from business need to production.
• Develop and industrialize robust and scalable AI/ML solutions.
