Job summary

ELMEA Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Sales Applications Scientist with strong LCMS expertise to support instrument sales in the Benelux region. Based in Antwerp, you will apply LCMS knowledge across biologics applications and provide demonstrations to customers, collaborating with regional teams and applying your analytical leadership.

You will deliver high-quality LCMS analyses and reports, stay current with emerging LCMS trends, and assist in growing the regional demonstration laboratory

Qualifications

• BSc Degree (or higher) in Life Sciences with extensive LCMS relevant experience.
• Hands-on LCMS experience is essential.
• Experience with qualitative LCMS for large molecule apps is desirable.
• Experience in intact protein analysis, peptide mapping or glycan analysis is a plus.
• Familiarity with LCMS software like Waters Connect, MassLynx or UNIFI preferred.
• Good understanding of LCMS role in biologics markets.
• Fluent or good command of French and/or Dutch plus English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver LCMS demonstrations and sample analyses to support customer engagement.
• Serve as LCMS technical expert for Benelux team, focusing on large molecules.
• Collaborate with Application Chemists and Instrument Sales teams in Europe.
• Support early-stage sales through lab projects and customer collaboration.
• Provide scientific leadership and maintain LCMS instrument performance.
• Lead demonstrations for internal teams and customers on new tech.
• Produce high-quality analytical reports and presentations for all audiences.
• Stay up-to-date with LCMS trends and applications.
