EMW in Belgium is seeking a L3 Support Engineer for COTS applications. You will deploy and manage server apps on Windows/Linux, integrate with identity providers, and support in-service operations in NATO-related environments.

Responsibilities include cloud configuration (Azure/AWS), AI-related activities, end-user support, incident logging, escalation, and knowledge base management. Fluency in English required; French advantageous.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of end-user devices across Windows, Android, iOS.
• Expert knowledge of Linux and Windows server infrastructure.
• Experience with SQL Server and IIS-based web apps.
• Strong cloud knowledge: AWS and Azure.
• Security and regulatory compliance awareness.

Responsabilités

• Deploy and manage server apps on Windows or Linux and integrate with identity providers.
• Provide L2/L3 end-user support per SLA and escalate when needed.
• Monitor KPIs, incidents and ticketing with timely updates.
• Configure and manage Azure/AWS cloud components and EntraID groups.
• Contribute to knowledge base and best practices with the team.
• Support security accreditation and compliance activities.
