Job summary
Neara is seeking a Director of Key Accounts to drive growth across Europe. This role combines hands-on account execution with team leadership and mentorship, focusing on large, multi-year contracts with strategic customers in the utilities sector.
You will own executive relationships, shape expansion plans, and guide a high-performing customer-facing team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale Neara's European footprint, co-present at industry events, and report progress to
Qualifications
- Proven track record in commercial execution across multi-year contracts.
- Experience leading or mentoring client-facing teams.
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
- Experience in utilities or similarly complex sector.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow relationships with strategic accounts as senior contact.
- Develop and deliver expansion plans to meet revenue goals.
- Coach team on account strategy and execution on multi-year contracts.
- Identify workflow improvements and upskill the team in commercial practices.
- Collaborate with Success Ops, Value Architects, and Product on strategy.
- Develop processes to scale the Key Account Management function in Europe.
- Co-present with utilities at conferences to elevate market presence.
- Report on performance, pipeline, expansion opportunities to leadership.
