Arcem, a developer of data centre and digital infrastructure, seeks a senior power and grid connections professional to lead how we assess, develop and progress grid connections across our European projects. You will report to the CEO and work with advisers and technical partners to influence which projects we pursue and how we deliver them.

You have a degree in electrical power engineering and substantial HV network experience, with a proven ability to lead complex connection initiatives across

Formación

• Degree in electrical power engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with high-voltage networks and major grid connections.
• Led complex connection or network development projects with tangible deliverables.
• Ability to deliver across markets or internationally with local specialists.
• Fluent in English; Nordic market experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Track grid investment plans and identify development opportunities across projects.
• Lead technical and commercial due diligence on power and grid positions.
• Develop connection strategies, load profiles, and phased capacity plans.
• Prepare and progress connection applications and technical documentation.
• Engage with grid operators through feasibility studies and connection agreements.
• Develop concepts for HV networks, substations, and grid connections.
• Assess security of supply and flexible connection options for customers.
• Coordinate network studies and engineering with permitting and project economics.
