Médiane Benelux in Belgium is seeking a Senior Java Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust microservices-based Java solutions for critical railway infrastructure projects.

You will work with Java 11+ (Java 21 exposure), Spring Boot, Maven, JPA/Hibernate, REST and gRPC within modern cloud-native architectures, while mentoring peers and contributing to CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong background in large-scale, business-critical systems.
• Fluent in French or Dutch (C2) and English (B2).

Responsabilités

• Design and implement new Java features and services.
• Maintain and evolve existing applications.
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Integrate automated tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
