Médiane Benelux is seeking a seasoned IT functional analyst for a long-term mission in a complex railway IT environment. You will bridge business needs and technical implementation, delivering user-centric solutions and aligning stakeholders with development teams.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in IT functional analysis, strong UML capabilities, and extensive documentation experience. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on data flows and system architecture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in functional analysis within IT environments.
• Strong experience in documentation (functional analysis, use cases, processes).
• Proven ability to model systems using UML.

Job Description

Long-term mission within a complex IT environment in the railway sector, bridging business needs and technical implementation. The role focuses on delivering reliable, user-centric solutions and ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and process models

Experience

Profile / Requirements :

• 10+ years in functional analysis within IT environments
• Strong experience in documentation (functional analysis, use cases, processes)
• Proven ability to model systems using UML

Technical Expertise

• Tools: Enterprise Architect, Azure DevOps
