Asenium Consulting in Brussels seeks a Senior IT Project Manager with 10 years of experience for a 14-month retail banking tech transformation. The role is hybrid with 50% on-site in Brussels and 50% remote work from Belgium, starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities include delivering concise CIO recommendations, guiding modernization, and leading cross-functional groups, with strong emphasis on enterprise architecture, cloud, API, and core banking modernization.

Qualifications

• Experience in Enterprise Architecture or similar technical area.
• Background in IT Strategy Consulting or Chief of Staff roles.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing and API-led connectivity.
• Familiarity with core banking modernization and AI topics.
• Excellent PowerPoint and memo-writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver actionable recommendations to the CIO within fixed timelines.
• Advise on modernization, rationalization and cross-border projects.
• Analyze complex issues and extract core strategic questions for execs.
• Bridge technology and strategy to create business value.
• Lead cross-functional expert groups and drive alignment.
• Prepare structured memos and executive presentations for CIO.
