In4Matic is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to own the quality, performance, and continuous improvement of IT services with a focus on Application Performance Management (APM). You will bridge business stakeholders, IT teams, and external providers, coordinating efforts across internal and offshore teams.

The role requires extensive stakeholder management, service escalation ownership, and hands-on use of ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.

Competenze

Minimum 15 years of IT experience.
At least 5 years of experience in strategic/tactical Service Management.
At least 5 years of experience in Application Performance Management.
Experience within the public or semi-public sector.
Proven experience managing external and/or offshore IT teams.

Mansioni

Take end-to-end ownership of service quality, availability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Ensure SLAs and OLAs are monitored, reported, and achieved.
Drive Application Performance Management activities, including monitoring, analysis, reporting, and improvement initiatives.
Identify and address service risks, recurring incidents, structural problems, and bottlenecks.
Coordinate internal teams, stakeholders, application teams, and external vendors for effective service delivery.
Manage complex Service Management escalations with high impact.
Build consensus across stakeholders and facilitate decisions with competing priorities.
Work with external and offshore service teams in a large IT environment.
Contribute to continuous improvement of service management processes, tools, reporting, and performance frameworks.
Work extensively with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
