Qualifications

• Master’s in IT or equivalent required.
• Experience managing transversal or cross-functional IT projects.
• Experience in agile or traditional project environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical aspects to plan project activities and challenge stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects with transversal impact across business units or IT systems.
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets and resources.
• Monitor progress, validate deliverables, identify and address risks, and report to stakeholders.
• Estimate, monitor and control project budgets; respond to billing inquiries.
• Oversee daily project-team operations and support development.
• Maintain clear communication with sponsors, departments, AXA GO, leads, HR, consultants and vendors.
