Job summary

KEYES is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to design, implement, and maintain client IT environments in Belgium and across Europe. You will lead local infrastructure projects, ensure security controls, and support users with a focus on performance and cost efficiency.

You bring a bachelor’s degree in IT and at least five years of hands-on experience in infrastructure, Windows environments, and backup/recovery. English fluency is required; French/Dutch a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Five+ years of relevant IT infrastructure experience or similar.
• Strong Windows, Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID, networking, endpoint management, backup and recovery.
• Experience with cybersecurity controls, patch management, incident response.
• Experience providing remote and on-site end-user support; manage incidents and SLAs.
• Experience managing IT suppliers, licenses, assets, procurement activities, and budget processes.
• Ability to work independently as a local IT point of contact while collaborating with centralised Group IT functions.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an advantage.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
• Certifications in Microsoft, networking, ITIL, or cybersecurity are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Govern IT governance, assess needs, translate into SLAs and IT solutions.
• Provide end-user support via phone, email, remote and on-site.
• Design, operate, and maintain local IT infrastructure including servers and networks.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls and incident response processes.
• Oversee IT budget, procurement, licenses, and supplier management.
• Collaborate with Group IT and act as the local interface for governance.
• Participate in on-call rotation and manage complex incidents.
