Rhox, a regional energy utility, is expanding its digital platforms to help customers in vulnerable situations. As a senior Functional and Technical Analyst, you bridge business needs, architecture, and delivery across API-connected apps, cloud services and core systems.

You will lead functional analysis from requirements elicitation to go-live, run workshops, document decisions and align with IT architecture.

Qualifications

Five+ years as a Functional Analyst with seniority.
Experience eliciting and analyzing requirements.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Deliver E2E projects from elicitation to go-live.
Design test plans and coordinate UAT.
Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
Experience API-based integration and cloud environments.
Familiar with UML and BPMN modelling.

Responsabilités

Analyse business needs and run workshops with stakeholders and tech teams.
Define solutions aligned with IT architecture across the E2E application chain.
Translate requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
Review partner proposals and follow delivery from analysis through go-live.
Create, coordinate and execute test plans, test cases and UAT.
Assess defects, track resolutions and maintain reference documentation.
Support application management, problem resolution and second-line incident handling.
