Rhox is seeking a hands-on AML/GenAI specialist to turn repetitive AML tasks into practical tools for analysts. You will partner with AML teams in Brussels, building prototypes and AI agents, tested with real users, with regulatory oversight and traceability built in from the start.

You will support KYC, KYT, due diligence, and transaction monitoring while measuring time saved, and deliver reusable, documented solutions. This is an on-site role offering direct contact with end users.

Qualifications

• AML operations, compliance and financial crime knowledge.
• KYC, KYT and Due Diligence processes.
• AI assistants, AI agents and GenAI solutions.
• Ability to build prototypes and working solutions independently.
• Experience working directly with business users.
• Agile and experimental delivery.
• Pragmatic, delivery-oriented, curious and hands-on approach.
• Ability to explain AI concepts in simple language; fluent English, Dutch and French.

Responsabilités

• Turn repetitive AML tasks into practical AI tools for analysts.
• Test usable assistants with user feedback and ensure traceability.
• Map time sinks: case prep, doc review, information extraction and quality checks.
• Build prototypes/AI agents and refine them with users.
• Support KYC, KYT, due diligence, monitoring and investigations.
