FuturWork in Brussels is seeking an experienced IT project leader specializing in Security & Information Security to drive and monitor security projects within the broader NIS2 program. The goal is to bring the organization to the required NIS2 Essentials compliance level by April 2027.

As an IT project leader you will ensure realization of ICT security projects while managing planning, budget, quality and risks, and lead the service transition to operational status with clear evidence for

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience with requirements gathering, planning (WBS, dependencies) and cost/time/quality KPIs
• Certification or demonstrable experience with PRINCE2 or other project management frameworks
• Knowledge of NIS2, ISO27001, NIST or other security frameworks is a plus
• Strong technological leadership with coaching and motivating teams
• Excellent communication skills supported by visualization techniques
• Ability to structure and manage complex security projects and monitor dependencies

Responsabilités

• Manage security initiatives: ensure successful ICT security projects focusing on planning, budget, quality and risk management
• Lead service transition with an operational plan, support processes and procedures
• Ensure timely delivery and evidence collection for compliance, audit readiness and reporting
• Organize change management, communication plans and project evolution
• Coordinate and motivate involved employees during project realization
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders at various levels and align on agreements
