• Preparation of business requirements and approval of specifications.
• Management of changes requests.
• Coordination and review of acceptance testing and planning of deliveries.
• Reporting of status of IT module to stakeholders.
• Assistance with preparation of guidelines and training material.
• Assistance and/or participation in business requirements documents and other relevant documents.
• Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers.
• Participation in working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users.
