Hybrid work model combines remote work with on-site presence in Brussels, with relocation required for the role. The ideal candidate has a university degree and at least five years of ICT experience, including three years in a similar role, with strong expertise in requirements engineering, modelling (BABOK/IEEE 29148), and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Perform business analysis for expert contracting workflows, including Contract Termination and Early Closure.
• Support redesign of ECS Front Office, ECS Back Office, and Compass workflows due to the new MFF.
• Analyze and specify requirements for ECS Back Office, Compass workflows, ECS Front Office, and MyExpertArea components.
• Support integration initiatives with the Funding & Tenders Portal.
• Contribute to requirements gathering for integrations with external systems (SEP, Sygma, PMON, SUMMA, ERIS/ARES, Secunda, IAM, eGDR, EXPAIR).
• Prepare functional specifications, feature descriptions, story cards, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain user stories, epics, and backlogs in Jira.
• Conduct impact analysis and dependency assessments for change requests.
• Support UAT, validation, regression testing, and defect management activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communication between business and IT teams.
