Responsibilities

Perform business analysis for expert contracting workflows, including Contract Termination and Early Closure.
Support redesign of ECS Front Office, ECS Back Office, and Compass workflows due to the new MFF.
Analyze and specify requirements for ECS Back Office, Compass workflows, ECS Front Office, and MyExpertArea components.
Support integration initiatives with the Funding & Tenders Portal.
Contribute to requirements gathering for integrations with external systems (SEP, Sygma, PMON, SUMMA, ERIS/ARES, Secunda, IAM, eGDR, EXPAIR).
Prepare functional specifications, feature descriptions, story cards, and acceptance criteria.
Create and maintain user stories, epics, and backlogs in Jira.
Conduct impact analysis and dependency assessments for change requests.
Support UAT, validation, regression testing, and defect management activities.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communication between business and IT teams.
