Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT
• Lead Solution Architect on large transformation projects
• Experience with transactional systems in large orgs
• Strong IBM Mainframe experience
• Java and/or Windows .NET development stacks
• Azure Cloud, APIs, data technologies
• Linux and Java development environments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

Responsabilités

• Lead design and realization of end-to-end architecture solutions from inception through deployment.
• Act as the link between Enterprise Architecture, IT engineering teams, and application authorities.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and domain target architectures.
• Lead and contribute to large-scale IT transformation initiatives.
• Develop and promote reusable solution patterns and architecture building blocks.
• Contribute to domain target architectures and technology roadmaps.
• Provide pragmatic architectural recommendations for complex challenges.
• Support high-level architecture activities and detailed technical implementation challenges.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvements in IT software delivery and engineering practices.
