Job summary

NN is seeking a Product Owner for Employee Benefits to shape and deliver the EB strategy. You will bridge business and IT, represent the business for key EB products, and drive digital journeys for employers, brokers and employees.

You will own the backlog, translate insights into features, and collaborate with Agile teams to realize strategic objectives. A strong insurance background in 2nd pillar/group insurances is essential, with an emphasis on transformation and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or similar
• Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits and 2nd pillar/group insurances
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and SAFe environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate vision, roadmap and priorities for Employee Benefits products.
• Identify opportunities to digitalize customer, partner and employee journeys.
• Translate business needs into features, epics and user stories; own the backlog.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Agile teams, architects and other Product Owners.
• Support Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and customer outcomes.
• Coordinate dependencies across teams and manage expectations transparently.
