ACENSI BELGIUM is seeking an Infrastructure Solution & Requirement Analyst to lead early analysis of IT infrastructure requests across multiple domains. You will translate unclear input into structured requirements and work with Windows, Linux, IAM, and DBAs teams to shape solutions.

You will focus on architecture and decision preparation, while maintaining a security-minded, well-organized approach in a fast-paced environment across Belgium.

Qualifications

• Proven senior experience in IT Infrastructure, preferably in large enterprises.
• Ability to gather requirements, clarify constraints and document options.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills with stakeholder engagement.
• Fluent in Dutch or French plus English for diverse teams.

Responsabilités

• Act as senior analyst for complex IT Infrastructure requests spanning multiple domains.
• Collaborate with Ops Windows, Ops Linux, IAM, Application Management and DBAs.
• Identify real needs, gather facts, challenge assumptions and document constraints.
• Discuss technical possibilities with subject matter experts and draft decision materials.
• Assist with architectural input and decision preparation as required.
• Operate at a conceptual and architectural level, not hands-on implementation.
