Pauwels Consulting is seeking an experienced ICT Architecture & Infrastructure Lead to translate business strategy into scalable infrastructure across multiple domains. With 8+ years in ICT architecture and 3+ years in cloud, connectivity, cybersecurity or IoT, you will define long‑term roadmaps, governance standards and architectural patterns while guiding cross‑functional teams onsite at Zaventem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ICT architecture and infrastructure design.
• 3+ years of specialized experience in at least two domains such as Cloud, Connectivity, Cybersecurity, or IoT.
• 2+ years of experience in roles requiring stakeholder facilitation and cross‑team collaboration.
• Master’s degree in ICT or Engineering, or equivalent through experience.
• Strong strategic mindset bridging business objectives and technical implementation.
• Proven skills in translating complex business models into Architecture Patterns and system requirements.
• Ability to create visual representations of architectural designs and long‑term roadmaps.
• Fluent in English with at least passive knowledge of Dutch.
• Nice to have: experience in critical infrastructure, familiarity with I-OT and Telecom, and domain absorption for large transport hubs.

• You are fluent in English with at least passive knowledge of Dutch.
