Pauwels Consulting in Zaventem is seeking an experienced ICT architecture leader to shape the technological landscape and translate business strategy into scalable infrastructure architectures across multiple domains.

You will define long-term roadmaps, develop reference architectures, and provide guidance to project teams while balancing business objectives with technical feasibility. Fluent English and Dutch familiarity are expected to collaborate effectively with executives and engineers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ICT architecture and infrastructure design.
• 3+ years in at least two domains such as Cloud, Connectivity, Cybersecurity, or IoT.
• 2+ years in roles requiring stakeholder facilitation and cross-team collaboration.
• Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent through experience.
• Strong strategic mindset bridging business objectives and technical implementation.
• Ability to translate complex business models into Architecture Patterns and system requirements.
• Ability to create visual representations of architectural designs and long-term roadmaps.
• Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented in structuring complex proposals.
• Fluent in English with at least passive knowledge of Dutch.

Requirements

• You have 2+ years of experience in roles requiring stakeholder facilitation and cross-team collaboration.
• You bring a Master's degree in a technical field such as ICT or Engineering, or equivalent through experience.
• You possess a strong strategic mindset with the ability to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementation.
• You have proven skills in translating complex business models into Architecture Patterns and system requirements.
• You are able to create visual representations of architectural designs and long-term roadmaps.
• You are proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented in structuring complex proposals.
• You are fluent in English with at least passive knowledge of Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Experience working within critical infrastructure environments.
