Job summary

OPENLANE Europe seeks a Senior Infra Engineer to shape the backbone of our technology landscape. You will own and evolve a small hands-on engineering team, stabilizing and modernizing our main infrastructure with a focus on containerization and cloud readiness.

Our environment is primarily hosted (Combell) with a growing cloud footprint. You will drive automation, CI/CD improvements, and architecture decisions to deliver a secure, scalable platform for our European operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infra engineering.
• Strong Microsoft environment expertise.
• Knowledge of Terraform or automation tools.
• Experience with hosted or hybrid setups is a plus.
• Interest in containers & modernization.
• Ownership mindset in a small, impactful team.

Responsibilities

• Manage our Microsoft ecosystem (Windows Server, IIS, AD, Entra, SQL, O365).
• Operate hosted infrastructure (Combell) + small Azure footprint.
• Drive automation (Terraform, scripting).
• Contribute to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Ensure performance, reliability, and security.
