OPENLANE, Inc. is seeking a Senior Infra Engineer in Belgium to own and evolve the core infrastructure in a small hands-on team. You will stabilize and modernize a hosted and growing cloud footprint, with emphasis on containerization and automation.

The role focuses on Windows-based infrastructure, Azure engagement, CI/CD improvements, and secure, reliable operations in a hybrid environment. You will influence architecture and drive cloud-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infra engineering
• Strong Microsoft environment expertise
• Knowledge of Terraform or automation tools
• Experience with hosted or hybrid setups
• Interest in containers & modernization
• Ownership mindset, able to work in a small, impactful team

Responsabilités

• Manage our Microsoft ecosystem (Windows Server, IIS, AD, Entra, SQL, O365)
• Operate our hosted infrastructure (Combell) + small Azure footprint
• Drive automation (Terraform, scripting)
• Contribute to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Ensure performance, reliability, and security
• Improve CI/CD and monitoring
• Collaborate closely on architecture decisions
