Job summary

OPENLANE Europe is seeking a Senior Infra Engineer to own and evolve our infrastructure. You’ll work in a small, hands-on team to stabilize, modernize, and prepare systems for future cloud adoption, primarily on hosted platforms with a growing cloud footprint.

You will manage Windows Server, IIS, AD, Entra, SQL, and O365, drive automation with Terraform and scripting, and contribute to containerization using Docker and Kubernetes. A proactive owner mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of infra engineering experience.
• Strong Microsoft environment expertise (Windows Server, IIS, AD, Entra, SQL, O365).
• Knowledge of Terraform or automation tools.
• Experience with hosted or hybrid setups is a plus.
• Interest in containers and modernization.
• Ownership mindset; able to work in a small, impactful team.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for a Senior Infra Engineer who’s excited to shape the backbone of our technology landscape. In this role, you'll join a small, hands‑on engineering team (2 people) where you’ll take strong ownership of our infrastructure and help drive its evolution.
