Daikin Europe seeks a Senior HR Officer to lead day-to-day HR operations, including payroll administration with an external partner, and to drive digitization initiatives across the HR Service Center in Belgium. You will collaborate with HR teams, unions, and stakeholders to optimize policies and processes.

The role requires a master’s in HR (or equivalent with 10+ years’ experience), strong knowledge of Belgian labour law and remuneration, and excellent Excel skills.

Formación

• Master's degree in HR or a Bachelor's degree with minimum 10 years of related experience.
• Experience with payroll/wage administration.
• Good knowledge of Belgian labour law, social law, remuneration and benefits.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with HR software such as SuccessFactors & SAP-HCM is a plus.
• Process-oriented and proactive; digitization is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills; team player and networker.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the tier model for HR services and policies.
• Analyze situations and develop compliant solutions with HR Legal Officer support.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners for sustainable policy solutions.
• Monitor payroll-related topics to ensure correct remuneration and benefits.
• Coordinate with external partners such as insurance brokers as needed.
• Translate policies into processes for Tier 1 and Tier 2.
